The next crop of Australia's future surfing champions will descend on Cronulla this week for what will be the last opportunity to cement a place in the National Final of Rip Curl GromSearch presented by SNICKERS. Competitors will follow a well worn path with the list of former Rip Curl GromSearch winners boasting the likes of three time ASP World Surfing Champion Stephanie Gilmore and exciting 2010 ASP World Tour rookie Owen Wright.

Maxime Huscenot (REU), 17, and Laura Enever (Narrabeen, NSW, AUS), 18, have claimed their respective ASP World Junior Titles, dominating the punchy two-to-three foot (1 metre) waves on offer at North Narrabeen for the final day of the Billabong ASP World Junior Championships fuelled by Monster Energy.

The Billabong ASP World Junior Championships fueled by Monster Energy steamrolled through 18 heats of competition today, cementing the women's Quarterfinalists as well as completing the men's Round 1 in glassy one-to-two foot (0.5 metre) surf at North Narrabeen.
